At 659 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 10 miles northwest of Elkins to 22 miles south of Mesa, moving south at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Roswell, Bitter Lake Wildlife Refuge, Bottomless Lakes State Park, Elkins and Midway. This includes the following highways... Highway 380 between Mile Markers 156 and 189. Highway 285 between Mile Markers 97 and 143.
