IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Raton, Capulin and Raton Crews Airport. This includes the following highways... Highway 64 between Mile Markers 338 and 377. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 439 and 452.
