At 659 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6 miles southeast of Albuquerque, moving west at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Albuquerque, Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, South Valley, North Valley, Sandia Heights and Carnuel. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 153 and 169. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 212 and 232.
