At 341 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Northern Meadows, or near Rio Rancho, moving south at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Northern Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Corrales, Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, Northern Meadows, Rio Rancho City Center, Cabezon, Rio Rancho Intel Area and Mariposa. This includes the following highways... Highway 550 between Mile Markers 2 and 14. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 230 and 239.
