At 108 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Blanco Trading Post, or 23 miles southeast of Bloomfield, moving north at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Navajo Dam, Turley, El Huerfano Trading Post, Archuleta and Blanco Trading Post. This includes the following highways... Highway 550 between Mile Markers 121 and 135. Highway 64 between Mile Markers 67 and 89.
