At 511 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles north of Grenville, or 14 miles east of Des Moines, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Grenville and Clayton Lake State Park. This includes Highway 64 between Mile Markers 391 and 392...and between Mile Markers 394 and 410.
