At 718 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms over Churchill and Mineral counties. These storms will continue to move northeast early this evening. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Fallon, Luning, Mina, Middlegate, Stillwater, Trinity Junction, Mina Airport, Junction U.S 50 And Nv 121 (Dixie Valley Rd), Junction U.S 50 And NV 839, Junction U.S 50 And NV 116 (Stuart Rd), Schurz, Junction I 80 And U.S 95 (exit 83), Nv 361 At Mineral-Nye Co Line South Of Gabbs), Silver Hill, Rawhide, Frenchman, Fairview Peak, Indian Head Peak, Dixie Valley, and Us 95 At Lyon-Churchill Co Line.
