At 135 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Jarbidge, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph with periods of heavy rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Heavy rainfall may cause elevated runoffs in nearby creeks. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northern Elko County.
