At 546 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Midas, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This storm will move over the Jakes Burn Scar and the Castle Ridge Burn Scar, bringing heavy rain which may result in debris flows. Locations impacted include... Midas and Midas Mine.
