IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Rhinebeck, Hyde Park, Milton, Pleasant Valley, Highland, Red Hook, Millbrook, Fairview, Red Oaks Mill, Lake Katrine, Stanfordville, Staatsburg, Port Ewen, Lloyd, Esopus, Milan, Tuckers Corner, and Salt Point. This includes Interstate 87 near exit 18.
