At 449 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Forked Lake Public Campground, or 16 miles west of Indian Lake, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Blue Mountain Lake, Forked Lake Public Campground, Lake Eaton Campground, Golden Beach Campground, Long Lake, Hasbroucks, Eagle Nest, Woods, Quaker Beach, Catlin Lake, and Deerland.
