At 329 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Saratoga Springs, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Troy, Saratoga Springs, Mechanicville, Hoosick Falls, Waterford, Gates, Halfmoon, Lee, Pittstown, Easton, Stillwater, Victory, Schaghticoke, Valley Falls, Deans Corners, Schaghticoke Hill, Hoosick Junction, Grangerville, Johnsonville, and Willow Glen. People attending Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) should seek safe shelter immediately! This includes Interstate 87 between exits 13S and 15.
