At 329 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong thunderstorms extending from 6 miles southeast of Clifton to 6 miles south of Fowler, or extending from 20 miles southwest of Tupper Lake Village to 11 miles south of Gouverneur Village, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Fine, Clifton, Clare, Pitcairn, Edwards, Colton, Fowler, Rossie, Lower Oswegatchie, Star Lake, Newton Falls, Aldrich, Wanakena, South Edwards, Cranberry Lake, Fullerville, Balmat and West Fowler.
