IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Kingston, Saugerties, Rhinebeck, Woodstock, Livingston, Clermont, Red Hook, Lake Katrine, West Hurley, Saugerties South, Veteran, Milan, Germantown, Tivoli, Centerville, Kerleys Corners, Quarryville, Glenford, Katsbaan, and Shultis Corners. This includes Interstate 87 between exits 19 and 20.
