At 508 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near North-South Lake Campground, or near Saugerties, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts 40 to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Catskill, Saugerties, North-South Lake Campground, Veteran, Germantown, Centerville, Asbury, Canoe Hill, Hamburg Light, Quarryville, Jefferson Heights, Burden Dock, Manorville, Katsbaan, Burden, Haines Falls, Kiskatom, Blue Mountain, Cairo Junction, and Cheviot. This includes Interstate 87 between exits 20 and 21.
