Bulletin details

At 336 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of South Charleston, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... London, Jefferson, West Jefferson, Choctaw Lake, Lisbon, Brighton, Lafayette, South Vienna, Interstate 70 at US Route 42, Lilly Chapel, Interstate 70 at State Route 56, Madison Lake, Plattsburg, Big Plain, and Wrightsville. This includes I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 64 and 86. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for central and west central Ohio.
