Bulletin details

At 104 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Johnstown, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Newark, Gahanna, Heath, Granville, Pataskala, Johnstown, Utica, Granville South, Beechwood Trails, New Albany, Jersey, Alexandria, Hartford, St. Louisville, Fredonia, US Route 62 at State Route 661, State Route 310 at State Route 161, and Center Village. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.
