Patchy dense fog has developed early this morning, especially in low-lying areas. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly fluctuating visibility from unrestricted to locally under one- quarter of a mile if traveling early this morning. Use your low beam headlights and maintain safe following distance between you and the vehicle in front of you. The fog will gradually dissipate through the morning.
