At 716 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Spencerville to near Rockford to 10 miles northwest of Celina, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, Rockford, Mendon, Buckland, Montezuma, Chattanooga, Kossuth, Tama, Neptune, State Route 116 at State Route 197, and Bulkhead.
