At 1002 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Spencerville, or 7 miles south of Delphos, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lima, Delphos, Fort Shawnee, Spencerville, Elida, Spencerville In Allen County, Venedocia, Elgin, Conant, Monticello, Rushmore, Gomer, Southworth, Needmore, Rimer, and Kemp. This includes Interstate 75 between mile markers 125 and 126.
