At 607 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Lucasville, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, South Webster, Rosemount, Clarktown, Lucasville, Sciotodale, Minford, West Portsmouth, Powellsville, Portsmouth Regional Airport, and Lyra.
