At 142 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 11 miles west of Sistersville to near Williamstown. Movement was southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Marietta, St. Marys, Middlebourne, Sistersville, Belmont, Newport, Matamoras, Ellenboro, Friendly, Fly, Alma, Maxwell, Arvilla, Point Lookout, New Matamoras, Wick, Mountain, Hebron, Pike, and Highland. This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 38 and 39.
