At 1223 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Washington, or near Belpre, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Parkersburg, Belpre, Vienna, Lubeck, Washington, Mineralwells, North Hills, Blennerhassett, Walker, Davisville, Little Hocking, and Petroleum. This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 168 and 181. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 23.
