At 655 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Howluk Butte, or 29 miles north of Denio, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust possible. Locations impacted include... Alvord Hot Springs, Three Man Butte, Mickey Butte, Andrews, Twin Buttes, Willow Creek Hot Springs, Skull Creek Reservoir, Buckskin Mountain, Black Point, Whitehorse Ranch, and Howluk Butte.
