At 224 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Sacramento Butte, or 25 miles north of Rome, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing visibility. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Pelican Point, Sacramento Butte, Iron Point, Birch Creek Campground, Knottingham Butte, Diamond Butte, Cedar Mountain, and southern Owyhee Reservoir.
