At 335 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles northeast of Minam, or 25 miles northwest of Enterprise, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Minam, Flora, Paradise, and Troy. This includes the following highways... Highway 3 between mile markers 4 and 19. Highway 82 between mile markers 27 and 45.
