IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This strong thunderstorm will be near... DuBois and Sandy around 935 PM EDT. Penfield around 950 PM EDT. S.B. Elliot State Park around 955 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Treasure Lake and Penn State Dubois.
