Mainly clear skies, light wind and moist ground from Thursday's widespread rain has created areas of dense fog in the deeper valleys throughout Central and Northern Pennsylvania. The fog will quickly diminish by 9 am with a transition to partly to mostly sunny skies afterward. Allow extra time for travel early today and plenty of braking distance between you and the vehicle ahead.
