At 257 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Ciales & Arecibo, moving northwest at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, frequent lightning & funnel clouds possible. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
