At 101 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong thunderstorms near San Sebastian, moving northwest at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail. Funnel Cloud Possible. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... San Sebastian, Lares, Moca, Isabela, Aguadilla, Aguada, Hato Arriba, Aceitunas, Luyando, Caban, San Antonio, Juncal, Mora and Rafael Hernandez.
