At 206 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong thunderstorms near Hato Arriba, or near Moca, moving west-northwest at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, frequent lightning. Funnel clouds possible. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... San Sebastian, Moca, Anasco, Las Marias, Aguadilla, Aguada, Isabela, Lares, Rincon, Hato Arriba, Aceitunas, Luyando, Caban, La Playa, San Antonio, Maricao, Espino, Mora, Juncal and Rafael Hernandez.
