At 501 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Pickens to 7 miles northeast of Clemson to 5 miles northwest of Anderson. Movement was northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Easley, Pickens, Powdersville, Central, Williamston, Northlake, Liberty, West Pelzer, Norris, and Six Mile.
