At 528 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Clyde, or 12 miles north of Bishopville, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Cheraw, Bishopville, Lee State Park, Carolina Sandhills Wildlife Refuge, Cheraw State Park, Northeastern Technical College, Cassatt, Cheraw Municipal Airport, Mcbee, Society Hill, Patrick, Bethune, Lucknow, Manville, Cheraw Fish Hatchery, Alligator Fire Station, Middendorf, Bay Springs Fire Station, and Ashland. This includes Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 107 and 126.
