HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and torrential rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Florence, Timmonsville, Lamar, Sardis, Effingham, Mars Bluff, Cartersville, Francis Marion University, New Hope, Scranton, Coward, Carolinas Hospital System, Mcleod Regional Medical Center, Carolinas Hospital System Cedar Tower, and Health South Rehabilitation Hospital. This includes the following highways... Interstate 20 between mile markers 126 and 141. Interstate 95 in South Carolina between mile markers 146 and 163.
