At 704 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Smoaks, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Smoaks, Williams, Canadys, Ruffin, Springtown, Cat Hole, Smyly, Stokes, Rhodes Crossroads and Grover. This includes I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 62 and 74.
