At 350 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Forest Acres, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Columbia, Forest Acres, Dentsville, McEntire Air Base, Arcadia Lakes, Woodfield, Sesquicentennial State Park, SC State Fair Grounds, Hopkins, Villages at Sandhill, Fort Jackson, Five Points, Elgin, Horrel Hill, Rosewood, Fort Jackson Wildcat Road, Fort Jackson McCrady Training Center, Eau Claire, and Fort Jackson Cantonment Area. This includes the following highways... Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 70 and 86. Interstate 77 between mile markers 4 and 19.
