At 217 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles west of Edisto Gardens, or 10 miles west of Orangeburg, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 to 45 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Orangeburg, Brookdale, Branchville, Bowman, Elloree, Orangeburg County Airport, Claflin College, Edisto Gardens, South Carolina State University, North, Springfield, Cameron, Neeses, Norway, Rowesville, Woodford, Cordova, Livingston, Cope, and Yonder Field. This includes Interstate 26 between mile markers 140 and 164.
