At 304 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles west of Gaston, or 10 miles south of Red Bank, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Red Bank, Gaston, Sandy Run, Swansea, Pelion, Woodford, Thor, New Zion, Lexington County Airport At Pelion, Lexington Acres Pond, Peachtree Rock, and Edmund. This includes Interstate 26 between mile markers 121 and 129.
