At 413 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over SC State Farmer's Market, or near Cayce, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Columbia, West Columbia, Cayce, McEntire Air Base, South Congaree, Pine Ridge, St. Matthews, Gaston, Eastover, Congaree National Park, Hopkins, Horrel Hill, SC State Farmer's Market, SC State Fair Grounds, West Columbia Riverwalk, Sandy Run, Gadsden, Riverbanks Zoo, Cayce Riverwalk, and Guignard Park. This includes the following highways... Interstate 26 between mile markers 113 and 133. Interstate 77 between mile markers 0 and 9.
