At 544 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles north of Elloree, or 15 miles northeast of Brookdale, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Sumter, Manning, St. Matthews, Summerton, Eastover, Elloree, Santee State Park, Millwood, Poinsett State Park, Pinewood, Cameron, Paxville, Cane Savannah, Poplar Creek Landing, Rimini, Fort Motte, Stumphole Landing, Wedgewood, Cherryvale, and Lone Star. This includes the following highways... Interstate 26 between mile markers 139 and 142. Interstate 95 between mile markers 115 and 122.
