At 541 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Haystack Buttes, or 31 miles northeast of Belle Fourche, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Castle Rock, Hoover, Haystack Buttes, Two Top Butte and Dears Ears Butte.
