Bulletin details
Above normal temperatures will push humidity down to 20 to 30 percent west of the Missouri River today, and some areas may briefly reach below 20 percent. Southerly wind gusts are expected to reach up to 30 to 40 miles per hour at their peak this afternoon. The combination of dry conditions and strong winds will lead to elevated fire weather concerns this afternoon. Fires that develop have the potential to spread quickly.
