Bulletin details
At 654 PM MDT /754 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong outflow winds extending from 23 miles southeast of Intersection of Highway 63 and BIA Road 8 to over Manderson, or extending from 43 miles southeast of Dupree to 17 miles north of Pine Ridge, moving southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Mission, Martin, White River, Rosebud, Porcupine, Saint Francis, Manderson, Parmelee, Allen, Wounded Knee, Okreek, Spring Creek, Long Valley, Norris, Midland, Batesland, Tuthill, Wood, Belvidere and Cedar Butte. This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 161 and 174.
