At 559 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5 miles northeast of Spring Creek Colony, or 17 miles northeast of Leola, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. The strong thunderstorm will be near... Spring Creek Colony around 600 PM CDT. Frederick around 625 PM CDT.
