At 1014 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles south of Pruden, or 12 miles northeast of La Follette, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Rutledge, New Tazewell, Tazewell, Harrogate, Springdale, Lone Mountain, Thorn Hill, Arthur, Rose Hill, and Sharps Chapel.
