At 447 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 9 miles north of Manchester to near Spencer. These storms were nearly stationary. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... McMinnville, Manchester, Spencer, Morrison, Centertown, Viola, Fall Creek Falls State Park, and Summitville.
