At 141 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Somerville, or 18 miles west of Bolivar, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Bolivar, Whiteville, Somerville, Dancyville, Warren, Stanton, Asbury, Yum Yum, Laconia, Fayette Corners, Cedar Chapel, Hickory Point, Moorman, Taylor Chapel, Morton Hill, Shepp, Miller, Powers, and Meux Corner. This includes Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 41 and 51.
