At 428 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Bemis, or near Jackson, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Jackson, Bemis, Carroll, Neely, Malesus, Huntersville, Westover, Madison Hall, Uptonville, Gilmore, Five Points, Maple Grove, Denmark, East Union, and Oakfield. This includes Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 68 and 88.
