At 313 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Cross Plains, or near Springfield, moving south at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Gallatin, Springfield, White House, Millersville, Greenbrier, Coopertown, Ridgetop, Cross Plains, Portland, Pleasant View, Orlinda, Cedar Hill, Cottontown, and Black Jack. This includes the following highways... Interstate 65 between mile markers 102 and 121. Interstate 24 between mile markers 26 and 28.
