IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Carthage, Gordonsville, Hickman, South Carthage, Center Hill Lake, Granville, and Edgar Evins State Park. This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 256 and 276.
